Elicotville, 2007

This six-building development is composed of 3 four-unit condominiums and 3 three-unit condominiums. Each unit is around 1,800 square feet, and is accessed through a private roadway constructed down the middle of the site. The architecture resembles that of a ski lodge, with exposed metal plate-connected trusses, natural stone veneer, cedar Shaker-style siding and galvanized standing seam metal roofing on each of the buildings. Large overhangs and patio elements have been included for additional interest. This development is successfully located to serve the nearby skiing venues in Ellicottville.
