Niagara Falls, 2009
The goal of this project was to create an unsullied building exterior. The end product accomplished this with the use of common construction materials applied to various elevations and dormers created to improve the scale proportions of the existing roof surfaces. Cultured stone skirting was installed along the lower perimeter of each building to provide a distinct common element, while various siding colors provided variety throughout the housing development.
