Upcoming Project: We're partnering with KCG Development on this $1.5 Million redevelopment project to convert the former A&P Warehouse at 545 Swan Street into 147 one and two bedroom market-rate apartments. Included amenities are indoor parking, fitness center, business center, and an outdoor "green" community space. The currently vacant, 8-story concrete block structure is a 238,000SF facility once owned by Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company.
