550 Seneca Street Lofts

Buffalo, 2015

This $5.4 million early 1900's commercial building re-use project brought about by the Frontier Group of Companies took the former A&P Bakery warehouse and turned it into 41 market-rate apartments. With CSS Construction as our partners, we created 7,000SF of commercial space on the first floor and one and two bedroom apartments featuring 10 different floor plans ranging from 700SF to 1250SF of space on the upper floors. An urbanized exterior with a painted epoxy filler is enhanced by the geometric grid windows, which showcase views of Larkinville. The interiors feature high ceilings, exposed cement columns and mechanicals, brick floored hallways, and pendant light fixtures.
